Private Training / Semi-Private Training
What I offer is a multi-dimentional training program that includes:

* Flexibility Training
Group Training
If you are interested in working out with a small group of friends or family then this is a great option for you. Not only does this program allow you to train with family or friends but it reduces the cost of training compared to Personal Training. You will also recieve the same benefits of Personal Training but you will share the time with your family or friends.
I like to keep Private Training groups to less than four individuals. This allows me to focus my attention on each individual with minimal distraction.
Alternatives
If you are interested in Private Training but cannot commit to meeting at least three days a week we can integrate my Online Personal Training Program and/or Fitness Phone Coach programs into your routine.
