Below is the schedule for ALL outdoor WFP classes. Please note that classes are limited to 10 people per class. Classes start on the first training day of each month. We require a minimum of one month commitment.

Warrior Fitness Program - Ongoing

DESCRIPTION:

Outdoor class that uses tools like Kettlebells, Sandbags, and other portable implements. Our focus is on athletic development by developing High Power Output, Max Strength, Max Work Capacity.

We also include basic combatives (puching/kicking) drills to harness an agressive attitude while building confidence and work capacity.

Each class has a portion of the time alloted for Warm up, skill development as needed, followed by the WOD (Workout of the day), then flexibility and Cool Down.

As availability permits we try to train one day per week on the weekend just for fun. These activities may include hiking, kickboxing, beach training, mountain biking, volleyball, etc. This is strictly for fun and not part of the paid class sessions.
